2024 GMC Acadia

With a generational redesign you know a lot of design cues will be upgraded and enhanced, too many to list all of them. Check out the images here on this page to really get an idea of all the design enhancements. However, there are other enhancements that we definitely want to touch on, for example the vehicle is 3.2” taller than previous iterations and 10.6” longer, meaning more space inside. This has increased cargo capacity to a huge degree!

Plus, a new 2.5L turbocharged engine comes standard across the board in the 2024 Acadia. It’s capable of delivering an impressive 328 horsepower alongside 326 pound-feet of torque and is tethered to an eight-speed automatic transmission and, if you choose to opt for it, all-wheel drive.

In addition to those enhancements, there’s also a host of safety upgrades found in the vehicle for the new model year. For starters, engineers wanted to enhance visibility and they did so in a big way by providing up to nine different camera views within the vehicle. Not all of these cameras are standard across the board, but options include a Rear Camera View, Front Camera View, Front Top Down, Rear Top Down, Rear Camera View mirror, Front Side View, HD Surround Vision, Hitch View and Rear Side.

There’s also a laundry list of advanced driver-assistive safety technologies that will be standard in the newest iteration of the Acadia. These include Forward Collision Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Rear Pedestrian Detection, Side Bicyclist Alert and many others. A total of 20 advanced technologies come standard regardless of which 2024 GMC Acadia trim level you get.
