everyone was curtious and professional my only problem which is a major one is that i purchased this vehicle in a state i did not reside in the vehicle had no front liscence plate holder and the dealer does not stock one i think GM could provide these, whats a 35$ item going to matter on an 80K vehicle

I was greeted coming in the door by Kendrick Edelman. He made me feel like a valued customer. He listened to my concerns and helped me choose the best coupon for what I needed done. My appt. was at 2:00 but I had to drop off early, he called to tell me my vehicle was ready at 1:30. He also remembered to find my order from GM and had that there ready for me to pick up. He explained my bill and carried my order out to my car for me. THAT is service above and beyond. I do NOT consider myself elderly but I do have arthritis in my hands, wrists and ankles. So him taking that to my car was a huge relief to me. Employees and men like him is why I keep coming back to Briggs.

Ok Service calls are getting pretty expensive.

Ultimately the experience was terrible. My 6 month old GMC Sierra had a valve go out in the transmission. It was going to take months to get fixed. I couldn’t wait months to get it back so I opted to trade it in and move on with my life. The only bright spot of the experience was Dylan and CJ with the sales force. I feel they did their best to get me through a frustrating situation. I still feel like I should have been compensated more for my trade as the failure of the vehicle was not in any way shape or form my fault.

I am always very pleased with the service I receive on my 2015 Buick Encore which I purchased there at Brigggs.

This was a fast and easy way of trading and buying a new car!

Figured out the problem and discussed options to fix my Yukonxl got it back up and running would recommend Briggs service and have bought several vehicles from them over the years

2013 Buick lacrosse was iñtermittent on starting so I had it towed to the dealership and they took it in with out a appointment and put it between scheduled. Customers and had it back to me in a minimum time while checking out the whole system. Fantastic job and appreciation..

I went in for a oil change. They had it done quickly. I did not have to wait 3-4 hours for my car to be done.

On Friday I brought my pick up in for an oil change and tire rotation. Over the weekend I noticed that I lost a hubcap. One Monday I called and had to leave a message. No return call. This review is being done on Wednesday.

Fast friendly sevice

I brought my 2017 Buick Encore in with a TPMS code on the driver’s side front tire. This is the 2nd of 4 tires! The service was covered under warranty. The service team also checked the last 2 TPMS to take care of while the vehicle was in the shop, but the warranty company did not approve. The repair was done in little time. Patrick was so helpful in helping me leave in the pouring rain, as he nicely backed my vehicle back into the service area, keeping me nice and dry!!! Thank you Briggs!!!

The communication was awful. I was told I would be called about repair- high priority list and never received all. For second visit and actual repay. I was told to be there at 8 am and then received email to be there at 10.30 am I went at 10:30 - set in lounge and waited for repair. Phone rang and Laci said your car is ready asking if I needed picked up- I said well I am setting in lounge??? Left hand does know what right hand is doing. Thankfully the repair was okay but communication not so much. I have been doing business with Briggs for over 30 years and this is not the service I am used to or expect.

Buying process was fine..Next day went to pick it up and nothing I had told salseman had been done.I wanted the front plate holder taken off which was not done.The car was not clean. It did have full gas.. I did not get much from salesman about screen operation..Where do I take it for service? Your experience was nothing like I got buying my honda ridgeline at Scofield in Wichita.

Right on time in and out

Mike Salas was great to work with with. He knew the automobile we were looking at or if not found out for us. He was polite and even came on his day off to be there and help us find the car we wanted. Gabe did a great job also by answering our questions.
