Buying process was fine..Next day went to pick it up and nothing I had told salseman had been done.I wanted the front plate holder taken off which was not done.The car was not clean. It did have full gas.. I did not get much from salesman about screen operation..Where do I take it for service? Your experience was nothing like I got buying my honda ridgeline at Scofield in Wichita.

The associate was polite and courteous. The environment was welcoming and comfortable.The service was excellent. I felt that they valued my business.

The communication was awful. I was told I would be called about repair- high priority list and never received all. For second visit and actual repay. I was told to be there at 8 am and then received email to be there at 10.30 am I went at 10:30 - set in lounge and waited for repair. Phone rang and Laci said your car is ready asking if I needed picked up- I said well I am setting in lounge??? Left hand does know what right hand is doing. Thankfully the repair was okay but communication not so much. I have been doing business with Briggs for over 30 years and this is not the service I am used to or expect.

I purchased a truck sight unseen for $14,600 and was provided with a list of repaired and pending repairs. However, upon inspection, it was discovered that half of the purported repairs were not completed correctly, including critical safety issues such as control arm bolts being installed incorrectly with only two threads holding, and a broken sway bar bolt. The dealership's attempts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful, and I was forced to escalate the matter by threatening legal action before they would take responsibility. Ultimately, they issued a check for the incomplete repairs. Given the unprofessional service and significant hassle endured, I strongly advise against conducting business with this dealership, particularly when paying cash for a vehicle. The experience was further complicated by the claim that cash transactions are non-returnable. This transaction ranks as one of the most unsatisfactory vehicle purchasing experiences I have encountered.

Mike Sanchez is a great salesperson!!! He cares a lot more about taking care of the buyer than just getting another sale. My wife and I truly appreciate Russell Briggs and his whole Briggs Team!!!

It was easy to schedule the appointment, several reminders of the appointment were received, the time spent at the dealership was minimal, and the checkout process was easy. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Check engine light came on. Called and Briggs was able to get my car in the next day, and handled it quickly. Love that kind of service. That is why I have purchased all of my vehicles through Briggs since I moved to Manhattan.
